Alejandro Campo

Padel has been a huge part of my life, both as a player and as a coach. I’m a certified coach with Pádel MBA, M3 Pádel Academy Level 2, and Bellmont Pádel Academy, and I’ve had the opportunity to coach players across Colombia, Spain, and Cambodia — from kids as young as 7 to adults over 60, and from complete beginners to competitive players.

What drives me as a coach is seeing my players grow and progress, whether it’s a beginner hitting their first clean shot or a competitive player refining their game. What I believe sets me apart is my ability to adapt to every type of player, adjusting my approach based on age, level, and goals so each person gets what they actually need to improve.

Beyond teaching, I also have experience on the management side — organizing events, clinics, tournaments and leagues, and directing an academy in Colombia — which gives me a broader perspective on what it takes to build a strong padel program, not just individual sessions.
