A flagship Dubai padel club is hiring a Head Padel Coach to build and lead its coaching program. Full-time role with a strong base salary plus lesson revenue and a high-end membership. You will run the academy, mentor junior coaches, and shape the player pathway from beginners to competitive. 3+ years of coaching experience preferred. English speaking. Relocation and work-permit (visa) packages are included.
