Do we have to leave Playtomic?
No. Your courts, your payouts and your members' accounts stay where they are. There is nothing to migrate.
Do you charge commission on bookings?
No. kortbase is a flat monthly subscription. Your booking system keeps doing what it always did.
How long does it take to launch?
Connect the club manager you already use and kortbase starts reading it. Your WhatsApp number needs Meta's approval, and we drive that with you.
How does the WhatsApp integration work?
kortbase reads the bookings your club already takes. When a court frees up or a match is a player short, it messages the members most likely to want it - one private chat each, in the WhatsApp they already have. The member finishes on your booking page, the same as always.
We run more than one venue. Does that work?
Yes - one kortbase club per venue. Each venue connects its own system and gets its own number and its own opt-in list. We roll the reporting up for you.
Who can the assistant message?
Members who opted in to your club. kortbase asks before it sends anything else, and it keeps the record. Collect the opt-in the way you collect anything else - a QR code at the desk, a link on your booking page, a line on your sign-up form. That list is your club's. Reply STOP and they are out that minute.
