Product analytics and session replay (coach portal)

On the signed-in coach portal we use PostHog cookies to measure product usage and to record masked sessions for debugging and product improvement. These run under our legitimate interest rather than through the consent banner, because the portal is an internal tool for signed-in coaches. You can object to this processing by contacting us.

Live chat cookies

The chat on our website, provided by Crisp, stores cookies whose names begin with crisp-client/ on your device, along with similar local storage. They keep your conversation attached to your browser, so a chat you started continues on the next page and on your next visit instead of opening a new conversation each time. They are set when the chat loads, because the chat cannot work without them, and they are not used to track you on other websites. They expire after six months, renewed each time you come back. You can delete them in your browser settings, and the chat will then start a new conversation.
