How racket-sports clubs grow and run a WhatsApp Community the right way

Almost every racket-sports club already runs on WhatsApp. The trouble is that it usually runs on a dozen ad-hoc groups that fill with noise, go quiet for weeks, then explode at 11pm when someone needs a fourth player.
